Purchase Quotes for contacts#

When creating Purchase Quotes for contacts where a vendor has not yet been set up, vendor templates are used. These templates provide the necessary posting and currency information. To ensure that, in the event of an order and the creation of a vendor, the advanced features of the configuration templates (including additional fields) can be utilised, it is necessary to specify the relevant configuration template within the vendor template in advance.

For this purpose, the desired configuration template must be selected and assigned in the Config. Template Code field on the General FastTab.
